1. When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal & Spain: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Outside Europe: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimated times and delays may occur due to postal services, customs, or external factors.

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.

4. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our products are personal care items made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

6. My item arrived damaged - What should I do?

Please email us at support@zyorastore.eu within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery outside Europe usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location.
